well, you know, technically the sky is colorless. it's just the atmosphere that works like a prism to make blue. does that mean that there's no atmosphere here? how do people breathe?!
Could simply be pollution creating a white haze in the sky thus blocking out the blue hues in the sky. Being a resident of this place has allowed me to see many such days.
