Also, despite computers being a part of my life for most of my life, I still find the advancement of technology amazing. The fact that a $2 flash drive can hold more than a good ol' Tandy really gets you wondering if guys like this are in our future. And if so, I, for one, welcome our new USB overlords.
Wow - a 386 processor - I miss those days. Remember the little turbo button, DOS or Windows 1,2 or 3.11 for Workgroups? Home computing in the 1980s and 1990s were the best!
Sorry to reminisce - anyways, I'm sure that at the end of the day, PCI Express and SATA will combine forces to put down this USB menace! Just as long as they take out EIDE (PATA) as vengance for supplanting SCSI.
