Also, this reminds me of the one (and only) time I went to a water park and saw some kids who nearly drowned because of their life vests. Like, the vests were too big, and it was keeping the kids' heads underwater. The lifeguards were too busy doing nothing to notice, and it was actually my parents who saved the kids (I think; my childhood memories are blurry and easily malleable). Needless to say, I've grown to rely on my own power to keep me afloat, rather than so-called "flotation devices."
...And I typically stay out of the water altogether. Kind of makes it all a moot point.
Love this one. Seems so obvious in retrospect to be a perfect choice for the apple man. Love the faces. I noticed no pep-o-mints...too white for the sun I guess.

and i have to say, i absolutely loved this one. hilarious concept, whether applied to humans or lifesavers.
