Also, to assuage anyone's curiosity about why I was too lazy to draw different colored hats: it's their uniform. They are the Green Hat Army. It's like the Green Berets, but with more novelty.
With the constant movement of their heads, I would imagine there is a very low casualty rate from head shot wounds among the Green Hat Army.I also assume that since they have only their beaks as weapons (having no arms or wings), retreat is their primary strategy in these meetings.
