Also, there were apparently tornadoes near my Southern California hometown a few weeks back. I lived there for 18 years; no problems. Then, after only being gone a few years, the weather starts going nuts! I swear, I don't know how they manage without me.
The campus drainage system was overwhelmed by water, resulting in a rather nasty water intrusion situation in our student union building. We took $2-2.5 million in damages and part of the 1st floor had to be removed. Thank heavens for property insurance!

Ha...ha...yeah...no problems...unless if your CSULB, then it became a multi-million dollar problem.
