Also, a couple weeks back, I was actually solicited on the sidewalk by some guy who gave me an business card for his uncle, who was an acupuncturist. He then informed me that his office was open that day. That was it. No special deals or promos, no hooks to get me in there, just, "He's an acupuncturist, and he's open."
I would think it might have been refreshing. No hype. Just the straight stuff. I will give you however, that it doesn't seemed to have prompted your business. My favorite part it is "He's open" Always a good start.

Ahhh acupuncture, it makes me wonder what sort of misunderstood eastern tradition will become all the rage next.
